Customer Cross signs partner deal with Gainsight

Customer cross company announced the signature of a referral partner agreement with gainsight, the world’s leading  customer success software company. 

The agreement links the customer cross company to gainsight for a non-exclusive commercial collaboration. “We help our customers to grow their revenue. We advise them on how to reduce churn and grow customer retention. At their demand we also advise them on the selection of saas platforms that fit their needs to grow revenue faster. Thanks to this agreement we can now refer our customers to gainsight, a top notch world player in this field” says tom carnewal, founder and cco at customer cross company.
